Founder & President, New Market Venture Management LLC · San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley
Jordi Argente is a strategic CFO, Operating Partner, and investment banker focused on helping technology startups accelerate growth and become investor-ready for Silicon Valley and European venture capital.
With more than 35 years of experience across Silicon Valley, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, Jordi works with technology founders and their investors on fund raising strategy, Go-to-Market execution, and corporate development — including buy-side and sell-side M&A. He serves as a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA / SIPC.
Jordi is actively expanding his Operating Partner practice to European and Middle Eastern technology startups, bringing the Silicon Valley venture growth model to emerging technology ecosystems in the EU and GCC region.
Jordi’s work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. He helps early- and mid-stage technology startups sharpen their product-market fit, build scalable revenue engines, and prepare for institutional investment. In parallel, he works with VC and PE investors as an Operating Partner, supporting value creation across the investment lifecycle.
In investment banking, Jordi advises on mid-market M&A, equity raises, and capital formation for technology companies — drawing on his experience as both a founder and a management consultant to tier-one multinationals.
